As of October 2006 Velvet's Toys once again accepts Mastercard and Visa.  For your privacy your financial information is encrypted when sent. 

As of December 1, 2002 this site accepts Paypal payments. If you choose to use Paypal you will be required to register as a member with Paypal. Membership was $1.95 as of 12/01/02.

Most items ship within 2 days.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority shipping with a 2 -3 day arrival time.  However, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order.

Per California health code personal products (e.g., vibrators and lingerie) are non-returnable. Some items carry a manufacturers 30 day warranty to be redeemed only through the manufacturer.

Bachelorette, Birthday Parties and Naughty Bridal Showers are billed on net 15 terms. Your party payment is fully refundable up until two weeks prior to event date. Reschedules are allowed up until 3 days prior to event date. No refunds or reschedules within 2 days of the event. Your party date is not guaranteed until your payment has been received. Failure to pay by the invoice due date may be deemed as a cancellation.

Generally, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem, please bring it to my attention. I will do my best to resolve the problem amicably.  At times a 20% restocking fee may be charged.

Returns on drop shipped items (pieces sent to you directly from the manufacturer on my behalf) are subject to the manufacturers return conditions.
